What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

Cin7 Core connects our website and ordering process to our financial system (Quickbooks). The integrations work quite well. Cin7's updated customer service process is much easier to navigate and to get the help we need in a timely manner. I appreciate the improved communication process too! What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cin7 Core is helping us to efficiently process and fulfill many customer orders, daily. On the manufaturing side, it offers a great inventory program as well. We are barely scratching the surface of all Cin7 Core offers when it comes to inventory and are looking forward to implementing more of those items in the near future. What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

Cin7 Core's inventory system works really well with smaller amounts of inventory 100 sku's to well over 10k sku's. Very Impressive. Working with Sales orders, Purchase orders, and inventory items are a breeze in cin7. Kevin, and Curtis, our onboarding specialists, were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; It was a breeze going through the integration process. We use the system all day every day and it was really easy implementing cin7 for our electrical supplies business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

No phone support after onboarding, only email and opening a support ticket once onboarding is complete. It does seem to work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?

When you have lots of items, 100, 1k, or even 5k and above, you need a really good worked out inventory control system that does not bug out. This system is fantastic for keeping up with ordering from our vendors and making quick sales as well as advanced sales. Price is very decent at 350 per month or so. What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

The system is modern and has many features which can be enabled. I especially liked the API and Zapier integration options which can allow further automation of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the mobile app needs more work. You cannot use passkeys for SSO and there is no ability to do stock adjustments on the App. I would also like to see some sort of integration with a professional labelling solution such as Nice Label or Zebra products. What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

Cin 7 is really helpful in managing assemblies /dissassemblies for Bill of Materials.

It keeps proper track of components

Its valuation methods for finished goods are also accurate.

We can even add notes and documents while working on assembly module.

E-commerce integration features; the sales order consolidation; COGs generation etc are really amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

It is quite complicated to use for the user initially.

Need to improve after sales support service for eg; from whatsapp support to toll free numbers.

What problems is Cin7 Core solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping to manage assemblies for Bill of materials.

The auto assembly feature runs assemblies automatically and create finished goods automatically when sales is authorized helping me to reduce manual intervention.
