What do you like best about CimTrak Integrity Suite?

Before implementing Cimcor's solutions, we struggled with managing change control and compliance auditing. It was a challenge to find a comprehensive solution that was intuitive and easy to manage. However, after researching Cimtrak's features and functions, we were intrigued by the ability to cut out a large percentage of alert noise that causes fatigue with our team. Although initially, we were concerned about the cost and implementation, we found that Cimcor offered an affordable pricing/licensing model. The solution was comprehensive and pragmatic to implement, and it performed exactly as marketed!

Since using Cimcor's solutions, we've been able to significantly reduce the time it takes to manage and monitor configurations. We've experienced the benefits of reduced alert noise, which has allowed us to focus on validating the integrity of our systems. Cimcor's solutions have helped us to establish a simple set of operational tasks to review and validate any changes that are not automated for reconciliation. We've found that a few hours a week of our technical team's efforts with Cimcor can save hundreds of hours and still ensure the integrity of our systems.

We highly recommend Cimcor's solutions to anyone looking for comprehensive and easy-to-use validation of their systems' integrity. We've tried several tools, but only Cimcor's solutions are practical and comprehensive. We know that Cimcor continually improves its products and has a roadmap to keep them ahead of the bad actors, which is why we trust them to provide the validation of integrity of our IT systems.

CimTrak is designed as an auditing tool that provides 24/7 integrity monitoring. Therefore, to ensure the integrity of the system, automatic updates are disabled and can instead be applied through special change requests and scheduled maintenance windows. This approach allows our customers to maintain control over their systems and ensure updates do not interfere with critical operations.

Since the majority of our customers deploy CimTrak in secure, dark-net environments with no access to internet, CimTrak allows administrators to manually upload and push updates from the console once an update package has been retrieved. While there may be a small loss in convenience, we've prioritized the need for strict control and oversight in sensitive environments.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue to evaluate ways to streamline the update process while maintaining the high standards of security and integrity our customers expect from CimTrak.
