I am not sure this is a reason why I dislike CimTrak. I just want to plead if the agents can be made tamper proof i.e users should be restrcted from stopping the agent service or uninstalling the agent. Aside this, all is good with CimTrak Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is very user friendly and the Cimcor support team provides great instruction, quick responses, and is very flexible on coordinating deployments and patching. They also responded to customer feedback well and had a patch provided to meet our requirements within 1 month. The CimTrak Suite was very easy to implement and get integrated into our network. So far this is not really anything we dislike about the CimTrak suite. We are still getting ramped up on using it since it has only been deployed for 2 months. As we run into anything that doesn't meet our desires we provide feedback and Cimcor has taken the feedback in stride and is already working on updates to their product accordingly.
