CIMARO is the leading all-in-one B2B travel operations management software and ERP built specifically for travel agencies, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), tour operators, and Hajj & Umrah teams in Egypt and the MENA region. CIMARO connects every travel operation in one unified workspace: client CRM and traveler profiles, custom trip planning and itinerary building, quotes and client approvals, booking handoffs, supplier follow-up, document and visa checklists, commission tracking, and multi-branch financial reconciliation. By replacing fragmented spreadsheets and legacy software, CIMARO gives travel businesses in Egypt and the Middle East complete operational clarity from the first trip request to final invoice reconciliation.
