We also assign tags to our clients' content to help improve searchability. **What do you dislike about CIERTO?** Online help is available, but there is no quick manual for beginners, etc. **What problems is CIERTO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to improve the efficiency of daily data sharing that occurs during production work. It also provides added value through customer data management. ### 2. Sharing files (download and upload) is easy with the link function, to which you can also add a functions like passwords, download email notification and email verification. You can set up automated email notifications for when files are uploaded (or other such actions on files). Customer support is personable, helpful, and relatively quick. **What do you dislike about CIERTO?** Maybe this is normal, but as a Digital Asset Management tool, the search function is not great unless all users who upload are good about adding tags/metadata to the files. **What problems is CIERTO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was difficult to share files to offices overseas, especially large files like videos and PDFs or fiels wih high-resolution pictures. (Servers would often disconnect while downloading.) This was completely solved since downloading rarely stops with Cierto. See files without downloading saves time spent in downloading files that the user incorrectly guesses as what they want. It makes file sharing with external parties easy (file/folder link). For this function, the fact that there are optional security functions such as password setting, experation date, and email verification is a plus. I also like that I can set up email notifications to myself for when it's downloaded. As an administrator, Cierto's ability to partition access to sections of the database is essential. This allows us to share files internally while internally considering confidentiality. The also hear out our desires and make an effort to accomodate us. Consultation is free. Some solutions are free (either using current functions or adding on new functions in future updates), while others cost a bit extra. ### 3. This seamless accessibility, eliminating the need for dedicated applications such as Adobe and InDesign and Illustrator, has greatly facilitated content management and sharing between us and our clients. **What do you dislike about CIERTO?** The cloud-based deployment of CIERTO, syncing with the internal NAS over the internet, occasionally experiences time delays in the synchronization process. This required copying data to media like DVDs or the internal server. Now, with CIERTO, data sharing through web browsers has eliminated these challenges. Moreover, centralizing customer companies' product photos and promotional data enables us to provide added value through services facilitating data reuse, ultimately enhancing customer engagement. ### 4.
