It simplifies communication and improves efficiency, especially when working with clients or partners outside our organization. **What do you dislike about CIERTO?** While flexible metadata configuration is possible, on the other hand, administrators require complex metadata settings, so we would like to see improvements. **What problems is CIERTO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we started using CIERTO, our design data, images, and videos were managed separately by each department, often scattered across multiple locations. This led to confusion and inefficiencies — we often didn’t know where the latest version was or whether a file had already been sent to a client or vendor. After implementing CIERTO, we’re now able to manage all assets in one centralized location, making internal collaboration and information sharing much more seamless. One of the most helpful features is the guest link functionality, which allows us to securely share large volumes of files with overseas agencies and partners without relying on external transfer services. This significantly improved both our efficiency and file security. In addition, tasks such as resizing, cropping, or converting image file formats can now be done easily by anyone, not just designers. This has reduced the workload on designers and allowed them to focus more on creative work, while non-designers can also handle file preparation with confidence. As a result, our team always has access to the most up-to-date data, and coordination across departments has become faster and more productive. ### 2.
