Cibotti, Inc. is building a general-purpose, tamper-evident record ledger — a platform any organization can use to create records that are cryptographically provable and permanently verifiable, independent of industry or use case. NO SOFTWARE TO PURCHASE. NO LICENSING. NO INTEGRATION NIGHTMARE. Every entry is hash-chained at the moment it’s created and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps, so anyone — auditor, regulator, counterparty, or the public — can verify a record existed at a specific time and hasn’t been altered since. No login required to verify. No proprietary black box to trust. We also have a secondary level of security: cryptographic device-binding, for an additional $275/month! This essentially makes the ledger literally like crypto keys, tying each employee's code to two specific devices only, so someone would not only have to steal an employee's code - a thief would have to steal the employee's registered device as well in order to use the code to gain access. We’re industry-agnostic by design. Any organization that needs an immutable, independently verifiable record of what happened and when is a fit. Currently raising a pre-seed round to scale the platform, close out our Delaware C-Corp structure, and bring on our first cohort of founding clients. If your organization creates records that need to hold up to scrutiny — compliance, audit, legal, operational — let’s talk.
