Ciarem is an AI agent, shared inbox and CRM for businesses that sell and serve customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and website chat. The AI agent answers from the business's own information, qualifies leads, books appointments in Google Calendar or Outlook, takes orders from a catalog and hands the conversation to a person when the business's rules say so. The team works every channel from one inbox, with each contact's history, funnel stage and owner in the built-in CRM. You can test the agent with your own questions before it talks to customers. Businesses can also send WhatsApp broadcasts with approved templates, collect details with WhatsApp forms (Flows), and answer post comments on Instagram and Facebook with an automatic direct message. Ciarem connects through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, or with Coexistence to keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. It works in English, Spanish and Portuguese, on the web and in iOS and Android apps.
