The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, which I really appreciate. I’m impressed by the idea of gathering data from various sources and having it all available in a single location. The automation features are also appealing—when set up properly and used as intended, this tool could significantly save time for anyone managing a book of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Setting up our ChurnZero instance has involved a significant amount of manual administration. The data transfer from our CRM to Salesforce is not straightforward, which has forced us to create numerous workarounds. As a result, the tool hasn't delivered the time savings we were hoping for. Additionally, the default dashboard metrics lack flexibility, cross-segment search capabilities are quite limited, and there are several restrictions when it comes to reporting. The complexity of deployment was on the low/medium side. It's a much more administravely simple application to deploy and configure dashboards against in the short term. You quickly uncover that with a more simplistic setup, there is less product functionality than competitors. As an admin I need to be able to either proxy login as a user or replicate their UX however neither of these are a simple endeavors; without my own customer 'Accounts' under my purview(which most admins wont have), it's not possible to build reports/dashboards/landing pages that mirror exactly what an internal Customer Success Manager might see. Integrations and administrative functionality is limited in many ways and only available by reaching out to Support to enabled, toggle visibility or configure outright. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? It had the start of additional features, like in app guides, checklists, and other items. But they never worked well, and they were limited to the single page. I like that ChurnZero shows me which customers are falling behind on their journeys. I enjoy the notifications and alerts because that helps me stay focused on ensuring my customer accounts are updated. The dashboard. It's not customizable without an upgrade. Sometimes my settings aren't saved and it feels like I'm wasting my time on trying to find the data I'm looking for. It can be frustrating to attempt to delete a task and it doesn't register that it's deleted. It's also a waste of time that journeys that are completed or failed don't automatically have tasks delete or removed from the queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
