Its responsive user interface ensures a smooth experience without visible crashes or errors, while reliable customer support is readily available to assist users. Additionally, the software has been successfully utilized as a project in three churches within our Church district for over two years, providing valuable insights and support. **What do you dislike about ChurchTrac?** Despite its functionality, the software's user interface feels outdated and could benefit from modernization. Paid features come at a relatively high cost, potentially limiting access for smaller churches with limited resources. Managing fine-grained permissions and hierarchical church organization structures can be complex. **What problems is ChurchTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?** It centralizes member information, making it easily accessible and eliminating scattered records.
