Do utilize the free trial, and be sure to attend all of the training webinars. Doing so proved to be highly beneficial to our organization. The Churchteams support staff is the best, and they go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to assisting their users. They are willing to help you through any and every obstacle, so ask questions. Churchteams listens to their users and continues to make software enhancements/upgrades that improve the overall functionality of an already impressive system. What do you like best about Churchteams?

Churchteams is a very robust church management system, but it's easy to learn and use and very reasonably priced. Reporting is simple, adding and managing records and groups is easy, support is accessible and phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Churchteams?

The only thing I ever have a problem with is speed, i.e. sometimes it takes longer than I'd like for a page to load or a report to run, but that is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Churchteams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous ChMS was overly complicated, reporting was awful, and most of our staff hated using it. We've been with Churchteams for over a year now, and I still get kudos for what a great system it is. We were looking for a better, more user-friendly database/check-in/registration/online giving solution, as well as a text giving solution, and we got both for much less than we were paying before. If the product does not do something you wish it would, don't be afraid to ask or talk to Churchteams about your wishes. We originally were interested in the small group management aspcts of Churchteams, but quickly realized the benefits of member and contribution management. Other CMS offer lots of bells and whistles that can be great IF one uses them. I found that for a medium sized church like ours (approximately 1,100 in attendance), CT gives us what we need for church and small groups management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Churchteams?

We use ChurchTeams for just about everything! Scheduling volunteers, sending church-wide emails, checking in kids for service, and event registration. It's helped us tremendously! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a little bit of a learning curve to figure everything out, but the ChurchTeams staff is always quick to respond to calls and emails and walk you through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's pretty much a one-stop shop! The only thing it doesn't have a strong format for is a service planning guide. For that we still rely on planning center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
