"Great Company For All Your Mobile Giving or Online Giving Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

Pushpay has brought “easy” back into the discussion when it comes to online giving and mobiles giving. With multiple options like Text to give, customizable mobile giving and in-app integration Pushpay is seriously one of the best in the game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

I honestly haven’t found anything that has been an issue. They are upfront about their capabilities, they are easy to use. It’s a win win! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Life with Church Community Builder"

What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

Pretty much everything about it. For us, getting off a local server and getting on a hosted / browser based platform has been an amazing experience. We love the interface, it's easy to learn and very member friendly. The online contribution component is slick and easy to reconcile - we use remote deposit with it as well which makes handling contribution easy.

We love their Group Leader app, it give our leadership valuable info on the people they are caring for. All around great solution for church management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

Probably the only thing we dislike is that you can't pickup the phone and talk to support. They use a web-base / email support system like just about everyone else but sometimes it would be so much easier to just be able to talk through a problem with someone. "Great software - Really recommend the coaching for implementation!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

Very robust software, really was a step up for us. Powerful tool that offers so many more features than we had with our previous on-site server-based software. Really geared well not only for managing church data from a STAFF perspective, but also really gives powerful tools to lay leaders to connect with their group members. Also gives attenders much more control over their own data - allows all staff/leadership to have access to a much more up-to-date store of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

The software has so many features that it is difficult to break people out of the habit of doing things "like they used to do." In other words, the software gives us the opportunity to be much more efficient, and to keep people from falling through the cracks, but it is hard to break people's old habits so that we can utilize the tool the way it is intended. "CCB"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

I like that there is easy access to your financial giving. There are reports that can be generated, and users are able to access online. I also like that you are able to get information on individuals. If there is someone I'd like to send a birthday card to, then that information can be easily found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

It is not too easy to navigate and it feels a little clunky. It can be difficult to get everyone to update their profiles or have their up-to-date information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy peasy and going in the right direction"
4/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

The software is super intuitive. It's easy to use and all of our staff that use it figured things out on their own. They have a very helpful and searchable FAQ section as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

There are some very obvious and needed features that have not arrived yet. But since their staff is so responsive and open to feedback, hopefully those things will come! Specifically, there needs to be a Kiosk function in the giving software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cloud CMS done well with a few exceptions"
4/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

Reliable and secure. We've been using CCB for about five years now and have had no real reliability issues. Moving our data into the cloud was pretty painless and reduces a lot of the risk of hosting on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

I've been asking for years for the software to be more International friendly. For example, their forms input doesn't account for differences in addressing schemes in different countries. Our ministry has an international outreach and collecting addresses from people in other countries is problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"There isn't a better database system for the Low cost. "
3.5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

Church Community Builder is easy to navigate. We love the online giving portion as well as the ease of making online payments through forms. We use that feature quite a bit. Emails for information purposes are quick and easy using the mail merge feature. Process Queues allow us to keep track of visitors getting connected. It definitely has some great features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

The custom support aspect of CCB is a little frustrating. I would like to be able to just chat with someone online or the over the phone when I have a question about something particular. Instead you have to submit a ticket (email) and then wait for a reply. They are fairly quick in replying but it's not the same as being able to talk to a person.
