"CCB Review"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

I love the new beta people search in CCB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

I dislike the fact that you can’t do anything with the results from the beta people search. Also- the people search (the old way) is very time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review For Church’s Community Builder "
5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

I recently began to use this software as an APP on my phone because I am a leader at my church and I really like the ability to connect with, and contact, a large group of people from one ministry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

It’s slightly difficult to create a large event on the phone APP. I actually don’t believe you can create a large event that people can decline or accept. You can create an informational email however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Full-featured ChMS that is skyrocketing past others"
5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

I love the intentionality behind CCB's recent changes. They do a fantastic job listening to their community of churches, and they are implementing incredible design and functionality changes across the board. They're rewriting almost every feature throughout the software so that it's mobile friendly and consistent with every other space. Their designs are very user-friendly, beautiful, and modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

Although they're currently overhauling every area of the software, it's a slow process. Several areas are still underdeveloped and in need of a redesign (visually and in functionality). But it's happening! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Church Community Builder is BEEFY Church Management System"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

It seems as though the options are endless when it comes to using CCB. Calendar, Scheduling, Financials, Giving, Group and Volunteer Organization, Online Forms, and so much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

There is so much to learn! CCB can be overwhelming at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Robust"
4/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

CCB is very robust. It has many of the capabilities of a full-blown Customer Relations Management software. Users can track contacts, task queues, email contacts, integrate forms and form reports, track rooms and resources, and track donations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

CCB is so robust that it can be clunky and difficult to learn all of its capabilities. I don't even have complete administrator functionalities in our corporate account, and CCB's uses are already extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was so easy to take a look and get set up.

It makes giving and connecting with our church so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

We weren't very sure how to best roll out something like this to our congregation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for groups"
4/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

Members can join groups within Church Community Builder to receive communication focused just to those members. They can also access files and calendars based on their interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

Cross communication between departments such as calendars and files might be nice without being a member of each group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Opened up avenues of giving"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

Pushpay has allowed our church family to give outside of the worship hour on Sundays. Also many younger families use Pushpay as they no longer write checks or give cash. Also Pushpay allows us to have designated accounts for special projects, missions, and needs. Pushpay has also contributed to an increase in giving to our church. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

Nothing at the moment fully satisfied with Pushpay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A true ministry partner"
5/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

The ease of use for Pushpay has led to a dramatic increase of online giving. We use the platform for recurring gifts, camp & conference registrations, and special offerings.

We also enjoy the mobile app for communicating with our congregation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

Registration gifts only have a name and email... and it’s sometimes difficult to reconcile. For example, if a grandparent pays for their grandchild to go to camp, we have to research relationships to match up the payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Resource for great connection"
3/5
What do you like best about ChurchStaq?

CCB is easy to navigate, and with the app feature, I love the opportunity to quickly access information on other members at my church. I am able to look up contact info, and family demographics quickly so that I can keep up to date on those attending the church. As a ministry leader I also love the easy of making and posting schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?

The differences between the app and the pc version creates some difficulty in being able to fully manage the ministry events, schedules just from the app. Nonetheless, quick edits can be made through the app quickly enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
