Not Bad For What It Does **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022 **What do you like best about ChurchStaq?** I like that I can give donations to charitable organizations using their platform. **What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?** The design (UI/UX) of the platform is very out-dated and needs an overhaul. Also, I'd wish that the user experience would keep the full transaction workflow within the app, without usually redirecting to a web page in a web browser (and if on a phone, opening a browser app). **What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily send monetary donations to organizations who use this as their online giving platform. ### 2. I am able to look up contact info, and family demographics quickly so that I can keep up to date on those attending the church. As a ministry leader I also love the easy of making and posting schedules. **What do you dislike about ChurchStaq?** The differences between the app and the pc version creates some difficulty in being able to fully manage the ministry events, schedules just from the app. Nonetheless, quick edits can be made through the app quickly enough. **Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:** It worked well for us in the beginning stages of our church ministries. However, as we began to increase in size and volunteer management roles, it became a program that did not hold enough resources for us. Therefore I think it is a great beginning program. **What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping people informed of events, and volunteer schedules is the primary focus of our use of CCB. We also use it for access to member demographics and contact information. ### 4. Their form building is one of the most useful things that i utilize this software for. ### 5. Having to formal emails with HTML coding is a hassle. **What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes communication easy, just as software like this should. ### 6. It does not work if you need to have a deposit for an expensive event. **Recommendations to others considering ChurchStaq:** If you don't have a lot of complicated registrations and you want to communicate easily with the people in your church, CCB would be a good fit for you. **What problems is ChurchStaq solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that the company is willing to update the product to make it a better and have more tools for the user. ### 7.
