eMentorConnect has been a great resource to support mentoring, particularly with our transition to fully virtual engagements this year. I love that the tools are at my fingertips to share with mentee. These range from the questions to stimulate Mentee thinking and discussions to resources that support their self discovery and development through learning content. We partnered with eMentorConnect to provide mentoring for our prestigious Emerging Leaders 1 and Emerging Leaders 2 Programs. The eMentorConnect Client Success Partner was extremely collaborative in helping us design and implement the platform as an integral part of our program. It motivated our members to stay engaged in between meetings through customized content, which was designed to enhance the competencies of our emerging leaders. It offered an incredibly easy way for all participants to stay connected and to collaborate. The eMentorConnect team also brings a wealth of mentoring and leadership knowledge. We were able to call upon them to conduct live and virtual sessions to launch the program with both our Mentors and Mentees. I think the platform has made a huge difference in improving communication between mentees and mentors. The exchange feature gives mentees and mentors a place to share notes from prior face-to-face discussions.
