**What do you like best about ChronicCareIQ?**

It contains every details of the patient which is required, we can easily track their vital readings and anything which is related to patient's health.

**What do you dislike about ChronicCareIQ?**

Sometimes it is slow, they need to update the tool.

**What problems is ChronicCareIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily track the readings of the patient, either it is up or down and inform the patient on the spot over the call only.
