"The Most Simple and Hardware Friendly OS"
5/5
What do you like best about Chromium OS?

One of the best OS ever. It's so simple and easy to use. Not draining the computer's hardware and only using what you need precisely. In addition to that working great if you have a Google environment because it is made for Google Products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chromium OS?

Sometimes connected devices disconnect randomly and need to make powerwash. It really gets annoying when that happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the fastest browsers"
5/5
What do you like best about Chromium OS?

I really like the fact that it is almost faster than all browers which is a quite reasonable experience when you would like to access your data in a short time or search for something. On the other hand it is very simple which anyone can use it easily or get familiar in one-go. For programmers or computer GURUs like me, it has vast library of extensions and its an open-source software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chromium OS?

Well, I don't really like the fact that it consumes the high portion of the RAM of the computer which can make some difficulties to run for other applications paralelly. On the other hand, there is no automatic updates which is a must for all programmes as per my mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Chromium OS Review: Pros and Cons"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Chromium OS?

It is light i.e. uses and requires comparatively less advanced hardware or computational resources, it is fast, launches quickly, is easy to use, and has a very user-friendly interface, doesn't drain the data pack by downloading unnecessary background apps or data, houses most of the basic necessities as offered by other browsers, easy to download and install, pretty similar to Google Chrome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chromium OS?

There are some bugs but unfortunately, they render many basic and necessary functionalities unusable. In the version that I m using now (Sep 20, 2020), I can not login into the browser to sync my user data and preferences, something that other browsers offer and which can be highly useful in syn user data and setting in case there is a fresh installation of windows/ browser. I am unable to play videos in most of the websites apart from youtube, including Facebook, Instagram, etc. Hence, I have to, unfortunately, copy the post/video link from fb and paste it in another browser to watch the video.
