I’m most impressed with the RO system architecture and the centralized management on this platform, which is very easy to use. The locked partition that contains the operating system adds an extra layer of security, since malware is less likely to persist. If needed, a reset brings the device back to a verified clean state. On top of that, I can deploy rigorous security policies, disable hardware ports, and remotely wipe devices in seconds through the Google Admin Console. However, the operating system does have notable limitations when it comes to advanced or specialized software.
