Can't add images to the ordering process. The headquarters feature doesn't allow different restaurant concepts to be under 1 umbrella company. I have 3 separate logins for my restaurants. Saving money on online ordering by skipping the third party systems like UberEats/DoorDash/GrubHub. Easy to retain customers email. Track email and promo redemptions. Reporting is simple. In less than 6 months we've saved over 100k in fees. In my first month of signing up with ChowNow I was able to recoup my 2 years ChowNow fees paid + marketing material paid as well. ChowNow will create your own branded mobile app for customers to use. There are no commission fees per order. ChowNow allows us to flexibility to create deals/coupons. Also, for a small monthly fee, they will set up a professional email marketing campaign. The partnership has been easily implemented from a to z. In today's everchanging climate, simplicity and efficiency are key elements and ChowNow has proven to be a key partner to both, providing a valuable platform for pick up, curbside and delivery with our own branded app. The touchless payment process is a big contributor, improving our employee efficiency and allowing the guest to just simply walk in and pick up their food or utilize curbside pickup. With the shift in order types equally weighted now between to go/ delivery and dine in, ChowNow has enabled our staff to be more efficient. The phone does not nearly ring as often, our guests are ordering online or thru the app versus calling a pick up order in over the phone. Our employees are not having to handle as many transactions at the restaurant level as our guests pay online. It's very beneficial to have a branded app which creates the brand recognition and presence. The order link is integrated with Instagram. I love the flexibility of changing the menu and leaving messages for our customers. I also really like the reward program that is built in for our customers. The benefits are that our customers can order online and bypass walking and waiting in a line and having to pay at the register. We have shelves in the café to where people can just walk in and find their order and walked right out without having to have contact with anyone. Also the curbside pick up has been great as people really enjoy having the order right to their car. as a business owner of a restaurant it’s great to have the orders come in via online so that people aren’t waiting around the Café and creating a busier atmosphere. What do you dislike about ChowNow for Restaurants? i would love to be able to participate in a loyalty program via chownow to encourage more customers to purchase more and also thank them for their business. if there was a way to offer an easy to understand loyalty program (maybe $1 = 1 point and for every 100 points they can select a free item?) that would make it so much better. i have avoided using loyalty with square because i want my customers to use chownow more than square. I did not like in the beginning launch that some of the modifications were incorrect. We were a little confused on what to send in to the team at ChowNow to add on the ordering site. We finally got it worked out once it launched a few days later. Also, we were able to contact customers directly if we needed to contact them for any needed modifications. We no longer have to have an employee stuck on the phone during our entire lunch rush taking phone orders with customers holding up the line going..."uhhhh, can I have, an um....uhh, what were your specials again?"
