Ditch the inventory spreadsheet. Chorvis keeps track of your team's equipment and supplies, so everyone knows what's on the shelf, who took it, and what's running low, right from the phone in their pocket. Chorvis was built by an IT professional for his own IT department, which uses it every day. It's made for working teams: IT departments, facilities and maintenance crews, offices, schools, nonprofits and small businesses that share a stockroom. Check items in and out in a couple of taps, or scan a barcode with your phone's camera to jump straight to the item. Every change is logged, so you always know who took what and when. Set a minimum level for each item and Chorvis warns the team before it runs out, with push notifications and optional email summaries. Save a reorder link for each item and tap Buy Again when stock gets low. Track incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon and DHL, linked to the items they restock, so you know a restock is on the way. Organize items with photos, categories and storage locations across rooms and sites, and follow deployable equipment such as laptops, tablets and projectors separately.
