The insights we get from Chorus, such as average talk time, average filler words, and their actionable tagging features, make training and enablement a breeze. On the admin end, it's easy to add teams in a heirarchical order and create specific permissions based on what the team needs to see. The salespeople have implemented the platform easily since Chorus automatically connects to Zoom and it truly only provided positive benefits to them. Lastly, I love that Chorus feels like a partner to our organization. We work with our rep regularly, which of course is helpful, but as a new memeber of my team I was able to speak with her about best practices and get comfortable enough to hold my own training on the platform within the first 3 months of using it. The Chorus platform has many bugs. For example, when looking at playlists, almost every time the folders within that playlist do not populate. This does get troublesome when sending out playlists to new hires who expect to have an intiuitive experience. While there are bugs within the use of Chorus, the benefits outweight the issues by far. Another aspect of Chorus that could use an update is their Scorecard feature. While my organziation is implementing Chorus Scorecards, they are basic in function and design. A more robust option would be beneficial for those experienced in quality assurace and would like more ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it send me summaries of my meeting, and I also love that it records it and I can go back and skim through the transcript to find important information the summarymight have missed. I go in once a morning and make sure it's turned on for all my meetings and leave it. It's that easy. Integration is super simple and easy. I get automatic email summaries after everymeeting so I don't need to much else unles I'm looking for it. I use this every day. Really easy once it's set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the meeting summaries were more detailed. I find that it misses a lot. I can go back into the transcripts but I do not love doing that and it takes time i don't have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automated summaries, easily being able to share recordings, and having it automaticlaly flag risks and mark all prospect questions so I can review them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company is constantly making me justify why we use this when transcription is available in teams as is meeting recording. It would be great to have more automated features, like I make a table of all the questions asked with our answers in writing. I am doing this manually but if Chorus did this automatically that would be additional value it is providing us over simple meeting recording tools like Teams. Chorus allows me to take snippets of important sections of clients meetings and send them directly to my clients. They have also be a tremendous help in organize the details of the meetings into an easy to read format, and have been invaluable for notetaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far. It does take soem time to render longer meetings but all in all it has not been to bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Chorus for 4 years now and have always appreciated how it automatically joins and records my calls, even in other meeting platforms I may have to join due to customer requirements. Being able to go back and review my calls and send snippets of details to either support, product, or other teams for feedback is incredibly helpful, as well as the coaching aspect from my manager.
The AI email creator feature has also been incredibly helpful and saved me time in crafting thorough follow-ups post-call that are timely and capture valuable action items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI email could be better - it does repeat items sometimes up to 3 times in different areas such as meeting summary, action items, and recaps so I do have to read it thoroughly to make sure everything flows and makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I regularly use Chorus for work, and I work with clients who are outside my company. Chorus's separately shareable snippets have been wonderful for this use case, where I can clip a subset of the total meeting and share it with different team members internally or different client externally. Also, the transcription and visual representation of speakers on the timeline is wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only tricky thing I find about using Chorus, is when the pre-set time expires on a meeting and the recording finishes, I'm not sure how to re-start it dynamically, so when that happens I often find myself using the built-in cloud recording from zoom, and then sending my clients 2 links - one from chorus for the first 2/3 of the meeting, and then a separate less powerful link for the last 1/3 of the meeting. A simpler way of "extending" the meeting would be great, or the ability to start another recording directly from within zoom, would also be wonder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As soon as the meeting is over, I get my transcribed meeting ready to share key points with colleagues and others. there is no need for extra time it's a snap away. Also, I did transcribe a few video meetings that were via my camera, and voila got it transcribed in a few minutes!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even after having valuable features, I find a few areas that still need improvement. For instance, asking a new user to join makes me give him a proper walkthrough due to the complex and overwhelming user interface, making navigation difficult. The customization options of the platform for reports and dashboards are also limited, which causes lags in performance, especially with large data volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Meetings can get in the weeds and intense which can make it challenging to take good notes while actually listening and responding. Chorus's summary of meetings has been a game changer for me when it comes to filling in many of the gaps in my notes. In a long sales cycle, having accurate and complete notes is important. It's easy to forget what happened long ago so I'm thankful to have Chorus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know of any downsides to Chorus. It's one of my favorite software tools I've ever used in my ~18 year career in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the meeting notes readout generated for both interal documentation, as well as for my own personal 'keeping up' with what was discussed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI of Chorus.ai's website is a bit clunky to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Saves time on call recaps, next steps.
I no longer have to take copious notes during my calls
Ability to go back weeks later to review the call
Recaps sent via email and integration with Salesforce
The features when rewatching a video - speed, conversation metrics, transcript and ability to search transcript, ability to make snippets, ability to share snippets, follow-up ietms listed out (next steps and to-do's, engaging Qs, prospecing Qs) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not always but sometimes...
The pre meeting data is incorrect
The calendar doesn't sync correctly with my outlook
The meetings don't get logged in Salesforce
The speaker information is incorrect
There are work arounds but can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. It automatically records and transcribes our meetings.
2. It provides detailed analytics and insights about the previous meetings.
3. It shows actionable steps based on the meeting which we might have missed during the meeting.
4. It also provides minutes of meetings very accurately beneficial when we are asked to share them with our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Sometimes it doesn't join the meeting and when we paste the meeting link to make it join it doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
