The team has been excellent at communication and has helped to bring us up to speed on both their systems and the CTV platform. What do you dislike about Choozle? We have had multiple "errors" through the course of our first campaign. Each time, the Choozle team notified us as soon as they identified the issue, but it has delayed our campaign and our desired results. It would have helped if we were provided a document listing all of the requirements for creatives up front, instead we would submit creative and wait for a notice about what was acceptable and what needed to be updated. Our agency has used a variety of display platforms, and they're all pretty similar in terms of performance, however Choozle doesn't have minimums, the results are strong, there are a lot of audience targeting options, and most importantly, their team is really excellent. We rely on their team to guide us on what they think is best for a given client or campaign and they've always led us to achieve success. Even compared to PMAX on Google we prefer Choozle. There have been a few times when there have been tech glitches when they're installing an update which can be inconvenient. I love that you can control your own programmatic buying and have a wide variety of networks and distribution channels to choose from. I'm in control of the budget, the audience, and the creative, so it's all at my fingertips at a moments notice. The dashboard is very informative and gives me a deep understanding of how my ads are being served. The customer service is great too.
