Well, it's too simple. The features are less if you compare it with some of the established players like Microsoft, Jira or Clickup. However, the price is also less; so overall, it's value for money. They can also add a few more video tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chisel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chisel helps us with project management, manage teams and have roadmaps - all in the same place. What I particularly like about chisel is you can view customer feedback data in the same tool as your product management. You dont have to shuffle between different apps to check various data points. "Simple and slick UI and consistently updating"

What do you like best about Chisel?

When we started using Chisel we were able to build it up without reaching the assistance team. This is to say that the UI is intutive and easy to use. Creating and editing epics in roadmaps is simpler. We also like the hierarchical system which benefits us greatly. Most impprtantly Chisel is pretty straightforward to use, and has just the right tools needed for product management, especially for a junior PM, who may find complicated tools to be overwhelming.
