What do you like best about ChiroTouch?

Everything is linked in the program. People can check-in on one screen and it goes straight into their chart. The ledger is easy to read easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?

It is very repetitive. You have to click several buttons to get a simple function to work. Often times you have to specify the same thing more than once to get something to go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ChiroTouch:

Shop around first to see if others are more reliable. It glitches out quite often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChiroTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are all able to easily see what is happening. The doctor will put the treatment plan in and I can see it and advise the patient by the time they get to my desk to check out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChiroTouch?

It's very easy to find patients and enter patient information. With the use of intake forms, we can upload all patient demos with the click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChiroTouch?

The ledgers are more difficult to maintain than they should be. There are also some features that the office often wishes ChiroTouch had that don't exist. We also find it difficult to manage two practices (two separate docs in one practice) within one ChiroTouch account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
