That I'm unable to see in a "windows" like setting previous DOS, limitation of x-ray listing information and that I have to manually transfer the x-ray information when a patient changes accounts...i.e. insurance coverage runs out and they move to a cash status. My chart notes are now very thorough, professional and not "canned" like many other EMR options. I like that this software is simple, innovative, and easy to use. It changes the way patients and doctors communicate. Once you understand how to use the software it is easy to navigate and implement notes within a reasonable time limit.
