Childcarious is childcare management software for centers, preschools and home daycares — built to replace the binders, spreadsheets and paper sign-in sheets most programs still run on. Directors see live classroom occupancy and child-to-staff ratios as children check in and out, so a room approaching its limit is visible before it becomes a licensing problem. Tuition billing runs on recurring plans with card and ACH payments, automatic late fees and a parent portal. Families get a free mobile app with daily activity feeds, photos, meal and nap logs, incident reports and direct messaging with staff. Two things set it apart. State licensing regulations are ingested from official sources and monitored for changes inside the product, with inspection checklist items tied to the specific regulation behind them and alerts before any license, credential or background check expires. And AI search answers plain-English questions — "which children are missing immunization records?" — across children, staff, attendance, billing and compliance at once. Pricing is published and flat by capacity rather than per child: $59, $199 or $399 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
