**What do you like best about ChiefOnboarding?**

ChiefOnboarding has automated our hiring of employees and their profiling, we no longer need printed forms to fill in new employees. The welcome message platform is quite necessary and comes in handy in welcoming our new hires. Preboarding has helped us prepare our employees and give them a starting momentum and also acquainting them with company's activities. We can assign new employees their tasks and set them against a clock hence easy monitoring. Marking progress is easy with ChiefOnboarding

**What do you dislike about ChiefOnboarding?**

The help team are quite conversational when it comes to troubleshooting. They offer quick responses which help us come round any shortchange in our onboarding operation like assistance on how to assigning task which helped us a lot.

ChiefOnboarding is the smart software to manage your new hires. It is easy to use, proffessional and very affordable.

**What problems is ChiefOnboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through ChiefOnboarding we can easily profile our new hires without the manual and tedious entries. Easy assignment and monitoring of tasks to new hires, it is now smooth to manage leaves taken and oversee forms filled by new hires. We can introduce employees via our online portal and give them access to what they need to see wnd add new sequence items. The search saves the manual search of employees in files since by just typing the word, it is displayed before you.
