chester is process automation for mid-sized companies. Your core processes run end to end, with AI employees, your systems and your people in a single flow. No large-scale project, run by your own team: the first process is live in four to six weeks, every further one faster. What your business unit models in BPMN 2.0 is exactly what chester executes. The model is documentation and automation at once. A flow runs across days and across system boundaries, and wherever a person is needed, the task lands with them in a task app built for the whole working day. Three things set chester apart from flow builders on one side and enterprise process engines on the other. Manageable: process areas, groups and versions; systems and adapters maintained once, with visibility of which process uses which. End to end: one flow with clear ownership instead of many isolated automations. Simple: knowledge stores attached directly to the AI employee, adapters from a registry, forms inside the model. The AI never accesses your systems directly. Every access is a modelled process step with a role, an approval and a log. The language model is a pluggable slot: every new model plugs into the same place, while processes, integrations and knowledge stay. BPMN 2.0 is exportable, what you model belongs to you. Runs sovereign in the EU cloud or on-premise in your own data centre, GDPR compliant, built in Germany. And in the end an AI employee takes responsibility for its processes: it completes steps in the model, can be asked in chat, reviews its own runs and proposes improvements, effective only after approval.
