CHEQ have been extremely helpful and patient with us when it came to integrating their platform with our advertising platforms and website despite several delays on our side. From the customer success manager to their technical support, they are always very friendly, knowleadgeable and prompt in their responses. The platform itself is doing its job stopping a lot of malicious and invalid traffic from coming to the website and, based on the number of invalid clicks it replaced, it paid for itself in less than 12 months. The CHEQ Paradome dashboard needs a bit of work to become more user friendly and have quicker and easier access to the most important KPIs but I know this is something they have been already working on for a while and I can't wait to see the results soon. CHEQ Paradome has saved us thousands of pounds so far even without being fully integrated with our website and without using its full capabilities. It is currently being used for stopping malicious and invalid traffic from Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and we have seen a significant drop (80%) in IVR (invalid visit rate) since starting using them. We launched CHEQ across all sites but during our peak period meaning we could not understand the impact pre/post. The insights break down the number of clicks saved at a campaign level and from this we are easily able to understand actually how much we have saved with CHEQ and that can be reinvested. This number is sizable and even with the cost of the platform, we're left with a good number to reinvest into PPC - that of which would have otherwise been wasted. A significant issue in the lead generation industry is that many users in Africa are utilizing VPNs to access US-based streaming services and software. As a result, when we launch campaigns targeting the US, we receive a significant number of leads from Africa, which can range from 5% to 15%. Due to technical limitations, we typically do not support African countries, which negatively impacts our conversion rate.
