CHEQ Paradome is one of the most effective click fraud protection solutions on the market. The customer service team is amazing. They're responding very quickly and they're always available to answer all your questions. They also provide great support to understand your results and optimize your account. The platform offers several layers of protection and can be used in any type of vertical. The back office is user-friendly and results are easy to understand. The flexibility of the platform. The CHEQ Paradome team will adjust the level of security based on your data and your goals. You can access and export all your data easily if you want to go very deep in your traffic analysis (but the reports should be enough for most of the users) **What do you dislike about CHEQ?** Nothing serious to be disliked. The implementation process required technical skills, especially for the PPC platforms. But it's the same for all the click fraud protection platforms. They could offer a white version of the back-office for those who don't like to dark theme. **Recommendations to others considering CHEQ:** If you're working as an agency, it's best to have a clear understanding of the solution, how you'll implement it, and exactly what the ROI will be for your client. **What problems is CHEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first problem that is solving CHEQ Paradome is to avoid wasting money on fraudulent clicks on PPC platforms. By saving money, I'm able to get more conversions from my PPC budget. As an average, I'm saving 15% of my PPC budget in all the PPC accounts where I implemented PPC Paradome. ### 2. Platform load times can sometime take longer than I'd expect. We always knew we had plenty of bots hitting our website, filling out forms, etc, but until we purchased Cheq, we had no idea the extent of the problem. Cheq immediately showed us our invalid traffic rate and where the most fraudulent traffic was coming from. **What do you dislike about CHEQ?** One thing that I would love to see Cheq do is to pass a hidden attribute to our Marketing Automation Platform for any form submits it deems as fraudulent. Cheq does a great job preventing future ad clicks, but it would be great to identify which form fills got through as fraudulent. **What problems is CHEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we're solving is bots clicking our paid media & display ads and filling out forms on our website. They keep me aware of how they are upgrading their solution and directly connect it to my needs and concerns. **What do you dislike about CHEQ?** They are an innovative solution that fills a need that wasn't being addressed before and they continue to identify gaps proactively. They are able to block them through audience and IP. This prevents us from wasting dollars and clicks on what will be identified as invalid clicks.
