We officially started working with CHEQ in January 2022 but the contract was closed two months before. They did not hesitate to start working, the service, the dedication. Even after all the implementations were done and we started working we always felt we had someone to turn to that and we get added value beyond "just blocking bots and click fraud". in addition, we were ROI positive from day one and after 5 months we see a decrease every month. the insights have always been elevated and give added value. The main thing I like is you got a real person dedicated o you and your business, so when problems arise (like new ways of creating click frauds), they sit with you (online) and understand the situation to provide a solution - in my case a unique solution suited to my needs. From my point of view, I have problem X, and they provided a solution. Later I had another problem Y, and they found a solution, so in my case 100% satisfied. Recommendations to others considering CHEQ: If you are familiar with click frauds and click frauds protection tools, and you tried a solution or two, and they couldn't provide complete solutions, then I highly recommend trying CHEQ. For every dollar they cost, they save me 1000 Dollars (in my case, Pounds). There is a solution to click frauds and bad players; try CHEQ. Implementation seemed like it was going to be straight-forward, but like all good things, it needs to be massaged and tended to work correctly. I am in a line of business where the competition is fierce, therefore bad players have their way (my company provides services like locksmiths, plumbers, etc. in all major cities in the UK). Abusing Adwords (Google Ads) became a significant factor in my industry, and in many days we were losing thousands of pounds on a daily basis (not an exaggeration). Since we started protecting all our domains and accounts with CHEQ there is a dramatic change, and even when a bad player finds a new way to scam Google Search (and my advertising budgets), it takes CHEQ and their dedicated team and software a few days to stop it (there will always be new ways so CHEQ will have to be always ready with new solutions). Recommendations to others considering CHEQ: I can only speak regarding my industry - if you advertise services like locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, and other field services and you get frauds in Google Ads or in Bing, I highly recommend using CHEQ. The problem is that advertising in Google Search in a competitive business like ours can be very, very expensive. For example, one click on an ad in London can cost me 30 Pounds (just for the click), so if a bad player comes with a fraudulent technology that bypasses Google's protections and fake click my ads hundreds of times a day, you can calculate how much it cost me... Using CHEQ helped me fight back against most forms of fraudulent attacks, and each time a new form of click fraud arises, they help me mitigate it fast (usually a video meeting to explain and a few days after they got a solution).
