CHEQ helps protect our PPC accounts from invalid and malicious traffic, which keeps traffic quality high and budgets under control. The insights are very useful for understanding where spend is wasted and for making better allocation decisions. Support is also very strong: always responsive, proactive, and helpful during setup and ongoing check‑ins. **What do you dislike about CHEQ?** Not many downsides, but some team members find the platform a bit difficult to navigate. The UI is not always very intuitive, which can make it harder to use without prior experience. Improving the overall user friendliness would help with wider adoption across the team. That said, the product is constantly improving, so this is becoming less of an issue. **What problems is CHEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ad spend protection ### 2. We have used it for performance marketing initiatives, and we have seen an incremental ROI year-over-year. Their support team has been very prompt and helpful. **What do you dislike about CHEQ?** Understanding the implementation and backend can be a bit challenging for non-tech-savvy users. However, their support has always been good, explaining and providing helpful resources. **What problems is CHEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use CHEQ to detect and prevent invalid clicks on paid advertising. We also use this data to optimize our campaigns and train algorithms to not bring similar clicks (leads) in the future. ### 3. This also helps to show which campaign types are more prone to bot traffic. **What do you dislike about CHEQ?** I don't have downsides as of now - I think having this type of product implemented with our program only has an upside. **What problems is CHEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is preventing bot traffic from being able to see my ads so that I do not spend wastefully. ### 4. I have to reach out to the CHEQ team for support. Making this process easier would be super convenient. **Recommendations to others considering CHEQ:** It is not a cheap product, however the benefit outweighs the cost. **What problems is CHEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through the blocking of invalid traffic, we are making decisions based on more accurate metrics.
