What I like best about Chekkit is that It allows me to build customer relationships through an object we all use every day... our MOBILE! Very user-friendly and the analytics are very useful in learning how to improve. I utilize scheduled messages to be more proactive in customer follow up and this makes it even easier! The least helpful feature about Chekkit is that body text carries over between conversations so you have to finish one conversation thought before moving on to the next. Otherwise, this would be my only complaint Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

inability to save photos to phone. Sometime I need to email photos from customers to my production team but I am unable to do so on the phone app. Would be great if I can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
