I've been able to use quite a few features for my business. With 1,500+ agents and a small team, we must be able to use the Smart Responses, Auto Responses and templates. The smart responses are a lifesaver and the one time we truly needed assistance with it, the support team was there to jump on a Zoom call and walk us through the steps we needed. I think some new features could truly make this platform a top contender in the market, including (but not limited to): Template usage tracker {Template "agents" was used in 45 messages. Click here to see those messages}, Smart reply tracker, a way to pull out key questions or phrases asked (I do know there is a keyword feature in insights, however, I don't believe it's accurate).

Sometimes my customers don't get the images I sent. We can send it many times and they don't get it. Also I try to use the camera through the app and it doesn't send the photos. It's a hassle to try to give all the issues to customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
