When messaging multiple people, it gets hard to manage which conversations need responses or follow ups. Perhaps change the layout of the page and allow to move conversations into other groups, ie "Current/Hot, Follow Up/Warm, Reminder/Cold". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like getting response emails for customers that aren't assigned to me. Sometimes I do get emails for coworkers' clients when I'm not supposed to, but it's been reported and it's going to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chekkit has been incredibly useful for communicating with clients. They can text directly to a phone number that is already associated with our business. It is perfect for sending digital media back and forth. Nothing gets lost in the hundreds of emails that can be received daily. Would highly recommend this service. There a no glaring negatives. The only minor inconvenience I've run into is not being able to send multiple attachments in on text. You have to attach files separately and send them as individual messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
