Nothing I think that it is a great tool to use and I am very glad that our company has this as an option to use. Our customers seem to like it as well.

Helpful for communicating with customers, staying organized and on top of all communication, at an affordable price compared to other similar platforms.

Not as visually appealing as our previous messaging platform- a bit glitchy from time to time! But rarely!

The ability for our customer to send a text message from our websites to our regular store phone number  and then we can respond to them by text from that same number.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Once in a while I get SPAM but usually I just reply no spam and that ends it.

This is a valuable way to recive text messages from our websites and reply from our store phone numbers. We respond much more quickly compared to a form that goes to our email and our customers also see our texts much more quickly then our emails. The ability to request and follow up with reviews is helpfull too

Texting platform is easy to use, along with a customer management area that keeps track of notes and links. The video chat feature is super easy to use and has been a welcome addition to the platform.  Customer service is prompt and efficient.  Staff we have had contact with are super friendly and helpful!

Nothing at the moment.  Chekkit is taking our suggestions and slowly incorporating them as time goes on!

Clients can chat with me from my website and continue the conversation right on their cell phone messaging app. I can reach clients via text and save templates for frequently used messages.

I changed from Podium to Chekkit - and it was a great move for my company. Chekkit's phone app is more stable than Podium's phone app. The staff at Chekkit couldn't be more helpful. It's really incredible how they helped me move my data over, set up my conversations and all my templates. Aaron and Erika and Dan were all great. There are a couple of features that Podium had that Chekkit lacks - but super minor stuff I don't really miss. And Chekkit is MUCH cheaper... and the app doesn't crash. You can't beat it. Great product. I would have given 10 stars but 5 was the max.

A few features I miss... but I'm sure they'll come online eventually.

I worked with Chekkit and like the fact that they spend time making sure your needs are met. Daniel worked with me tirelessly through an issue I was having with another vendor and was able to solve my problem, therefore I moved my business over to chekkit and have not looked back. There rates are competitive and they provide extra value to my customer's experience at our firm.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

There's not much to dislike about these two fellows. We've had some issues with other software platforms and have decided to connect with chekkit to resolve these concerns. I also had never heard of the drip campaign process, but they walked me through it. The one thing that delayed the process is the software processes take time to implement. This occurs with every tech company, as the process took 2 weeks to complete. Well worth the time.

Speak to them on the phone. The value add over the phone far surpasses their competitors email communication selling tactics.

It easy to reviews online through the software for google, facebook, and a few other smaller review platforms. We've seen the power that positive reviews can offer to our prospecting base and would not have been visible without the simple to use software that chekkit provides.

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

I love the software, its far superior to use than Podium. I do marketing for clients in various industries. I also own a business in the HVAC industry, while we have Podium we will shift over once they are synced and our contract runs out. Ya....so that....contract. Podium makes you sign a 1 year contract. So not cool. These guys don't which works ell for my clients in the dental vertical.  

The customer service has been superior as well. My sales/customer account manager is amazing and always responds. 

Training the staff to use the software is also super easy!  
The Administration is super easy in the back end for users.
The DRIP CAMPAIGN is like GOLDEN. Sending users another message every 3 days. They have podium on this no question.
The fact that the user can PICK which review place right from the screen is the easiest way for the user. 

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Nothing so far. It's like any software there will always be bugs and things and I've experienced that from all softwares. I've worked in the SAAS industry. Podium has had bugs too. Don't go into any software expecting it to be perfect. However, they are amazing, and its been an awesome ride so far.

Just keep growing and making the product that much better. I like that they ask clients for feeback.

REVIEWS REVIEWS REVIEWS. Especially in the dental vertical which is so hard to get reviews from patients. This solves it. SMS is the easiest way forward to get reviews from patients and customers.

We just started with these guys and I have to say that its a outstanding software and team. Its super affordable. We looked at Podium and some other review softwares like Birdeye and they are very comparable. Chekkit being the better solution, easy set up, and most of all transparent and affordable pricing.

nothing so far. We are excited for the new features coming out.

Definitely look no further. That is all. Great marketing. Reviews is everything.

The product portal is really user friendly. You can see exactly who left a review and when! Overall a great software to increase you business's online positive reputation. 
Affordable price and best in the market. Better than podium or Birdeye. Would highly recommend. You can literally get in touch touch with the main support guys if there is an issue that I'm facing or need to learn about in the program.

Nothing Really, everything is handled by the support really good!

Anyone on the fence to go for it. JUST DO IT!!
It's the better software you can opt for on the market. Live Demo, Live Onboarding not just prerecorded stuff. Totally well spent money.

Increase Sales. People are able to find our business faster and with positive reviews which creates a positive preset before they even do business with us!

More ways for clients to reach us, the development team has been very receptive to new ideas.

Would like to see an internal messaging option - i.e have the ability for me to delegate a message to another member of my own team based on whether it pertains to them and who has a better ability to respond. 

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to communicate with our clients in many more ways.  They can reach us easily and we can reach out to individual clients or multiple all at once.  Our clients are already complimenting us on the service.   Dan has been incredibly helpful along the way and the development team has been receptive all ideas we've brought forward, even implementing one of them immediately when we signed up - This just goes to demonstrate that they are all about their customers' and providing a product that benefits them exactly how they want it to.

Super easy way for our dealership for get reviews. Typically and to be honest used dealerships get negative said about them online, but chekkit has helped us maintain the positive online relationship we deserve. 

There are tons of customers that are totally happy with the new car they bought, but just aren't going to go home and give us a review or feedback. Chekkit makes it super easy to get those reviews online

They also have a feature, where if someone wanted to leave private feedback, they can as well. Love that option.

the software is pretty simple. nothing so far

Definitely a product that any dealership should be using. Our digital ads, have noticeably done better because our online reputation. Its a product we will be using for a long time. The team is super friendly too.

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

Great for getting new reviews, and managing all your communications and reviews from one place. So much easier than signing in on google, facebook, homestars etc etc. 

Getting great reviews has most definitely brought my plumbing company more business online, and I am very happy with the results so far. 

You can automatically see who you top competitors are, which is amazing, and how many reviews and increase in star rating you need to pass them, and be on top of the ranking. 

Setting up the product literally took less than 20 minutes, and we had it dowloaded on all our phones. :)

nil, dont have anything negative to say. The product is simple, and the results are outstanding.

I was skeptical about the tool at first but the quick turn around time in our Google Reviews at our office, definitely proved to us the usefulness of Chekkit.  We have been able to take our star rating and increase it by .6 points within only 3 months of use.  Excellent tool to use.

There is not much to like, there is no reason not to send out a request for a review with every patient that we see.  Our team also took to the new tool right away, so even training the team did not take much time at all.  Only good things to say.

I would recommend at the very least to try a demo with them to see if the product would work with your organization.  We have seen immediate results with our Chekkit system and we have all been pleased all the way from the front greeter all the way up to our owner of the practice.
