**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

By having the option of sneding Payments links it helps with this closing. We sent proofs through text. We can Schedule text. And soon when we get our database sorted out we will  Mass Texting

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Sometimes my customers don't get the images I sent. We can send it many times and they don't get it. Also I try to use the camera through the app and it doesn't send the photos. It's a hassle to try to give all the issues to customer support.

**Recommendations to others considering Chekkit:**

I love all the features that have, it just needs to be a little more stable, and the credit cards fee lower.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster communication, faster payment & reviews, all that work in conjunction for image, branding and trust, and I translate into Sales=Money. Easier closing since we send the payment link!

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

It allows customers and sales associates to communicate on their terms on their own time and leaves a paper trail so that we can check back to make sure our customers are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Sometimes there are issues uploading files to Chekkit. So we instead have to find other ways to communicate with customers such as email or Facebook messenger which is frustrating.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of not being able to communicate effectively with hard-to-reach customers. Working night shift? Great! Text us when you're free and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

Chekkit is easy to use and intuitive. The upsides are a feature-rich console and active support. It integrates seamlessly with our local toolkit. We are very happy with the services it provides.

The only thing that could make Chekkit a better fit for our company would be if the platform had more thorough tutorials and use-documentation. Simplifying the user experience would greatly improve our Chekkit experience!

Chekkit is our go-to platform for all relevant services. Their cost effective system has lowered our overhead and improved our revenue. I would highly recommend this platform.

Chekkit's customer service has been stellar, and the app is easy to maneuver through.

Dates on reviews would be nice.  More descriptions on member roles would also be nice.

No issue using chekkit.  Our customers like to text directly from our website.  Employees can ask for reviews right on site.

Instant up dates, and easy to use. I have never had any issues using this!

I have not found a negative with this, except getting notifications on my day off on my cellular.

Love how easy it is to communicate with our clients through this forum. Also, when I have questions regarding Chekkit, someone is always there to help.

I can't think of anything right now, the only thing would be when the program is slow occasonliy.

There really isn't much to dislike about Chekkit. It seems to do all of the things podium did at a fraction of the price.

It is an awesome service. You can communicate on many platforms in one place.

I am able to have all of my online communications in one place. Facebook messenger, Google messages, and webchat are all on the same platform. This makes my life much easier!

So handy in regards to sending out review invites, as well as simply communicating with potential clients!

That images don't get sent through MMS! Also would love to schedule text message feature as that would help when we are replying to people after hours.

What I like best about Chekkit is that It allows me to build customer relationships through an object we all use every day... our MOBILE! Very user-friendly and the analytics are very useful in learning how to improve. I utilize scheduled messages to be more proactive in customer follow up and this makes it even easier!

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

The least helpful feature about Chekkit is that body text carries over between conversations so you have to finish one conversation thought before moving on to the next. Otherwise, this would be my only complaint

Checkit is helping us communicate with our customers more efficiently and directly and allowing us to further develop customer relations!

Ease of use communicating w/ customers. Whether I am in  the office or out of the office I have the messaging service on my phone and can make sure my team gets back to customers in a timely manner.

inability to save photos to phone. Sometime I need to email photos from customers to my production team but I am unable to do so on the phone app. Would be great if I can.

Just do it!

Quicker Communication with customers. When scheduling deliveries with customers and we call they typically don't pick up because they don't recognize the number. But when we text they respond much quicker.

Works well on mobile and desktop creating a seamless user experience even when not at work.

No dark mode option. So not so much a dislike as a wish. Could be better refreshing of the inbox as well. Having to restart app on mobile to get updated messages

Allowing our customers an easy way to be in contact with us without us all having to give out our cell numbers.

The templates feature makes it easy to establish professional responses in the most efficient way!

The only downside is the fact that it is not integrated with our business POS system, which may be a possible feature our business does not have set up yet.

Not being able to tell where the lead comes from sometimes. Meaning, text, website etc.

Everyone in the business can see and contact who you have contacted in the past. The log history is really good.

Sending out bulk messages is a hassle, because you'd have to fill out details of clients manually even though it's saved in the system.

I like the integration with Facebook as well as the notes section for reminders, etc.

I wish Chekkit would have Instagram integration and maybe a way to sort, filter, or organize chats.

I can send messages out in bulk. And send payment links for customers to pay without having to pick up the phone and call.

So far our company has had zero complaints from the employees.

It is a great tool to use for reaching out to customers who may not be able to access their phones while at work. The bulk messages can be time-saving. And the price is a great deal for all the features that are provided.

Chekkit is an easy solution for business-to-client texting. I enjoy being able to text clients, I enjoy having the chat with us bubble on our website, and I enjoy Google reviews.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Overall, I like everything, but I would absolutely use it more if there was not a cap on outgoing messages. I wish we were not charged for going over 2000 outgoing messages.

Basically, it solved our issues with not having a way for clients to "chat" with a team member from our website's main page. I really enjoy client's being able to text us.

Auto-assigning of conversations when one employee replies means customer replies are sometimes missed with that employee isn't at work

I like that the program tries to make contacting the customer very easy and efficient. It is a great tool to contact people in bulk, or if you need to send a basic generic template to customers.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

I find that the program runs fine, though I think the worst aspect of this program is its need to ask for a review in the first place. If the product is good, people will talk about it. There would be no need to ask for reviews

Chekkit solves the problem of contacting people in bulk. I think that's the best way to put it. It's great at messaging many people quickly as well, especially when it comes to generic templated messages to send to people

It was really helpful that we could receive texts on our office line and the software was very easy to use.

I wish there was an easier way to quickly save attachments that are sent.

It's helping with contacting clients that we may not have an email for yet, as well as for people that are possibly not very tech-savvy.

We use Chekkit as an add on to our billing software and the migration from our customer database to Chekkit is easy to use and reliable.  We use Chekkit to enhance our collection efforts on past due accounts and have found using payment links not only easy to create but equally easy to complete.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Sometimes it's too easy for the customer to use and we receive messages all day long and night....yes we use automated replies in the after and off hours, but its not the same.  Other than that we've been happy with the way the application has worked for our business and our customers.

We use chekkit  as an add-on to our billing software allowing us to overcome the limitations of our in-house POS systems by adding another element to our collections/CRM platform.

How quickly the messages connect. Pictures are easy to send and receive.

Chekkit is self explanatory, there is not much to dislike. We have had some billing issues, given we pay 6 months in advance, but their team quickly resolved it.
