I like that the program tries to make contacting the customer very easy and efficient. It is a great tool to contact people in bulk, or if you need to send a basic generic template to customers. I find that the program runs fine, though I think the worst aspect of this program is its need to ask for a review in the first place. If the product is good, people will talk about it. Chekkit solves the problem of contacting people in bulk. I think that's the best way to put it.
