My employees are always having issues, I'm always having issues. The interface is clunky, confusing, and redundant. Almost every action could be streamlined and simplified into 5 fewer steps. It seems to be creating more than it is solving really, although it does technically keep up with hours and onboarding for us. It's just a mess most of the time though.
