It is now very intuitive and easy to access the data most important to my organization. The integration with our ATS has worked seamlessly and has not experienced any downtime. Performance is consistent across the board. I can rely on reports being run quickly and communication with myself and candidates arriving promptly. Pricing is fair. We have partnered with Checkr for over 6 years. In that time, we've negotiated mutually beneficial agreements that have allowed our platform to grow and scale with our revenue and operational needs. Now that Checkr has expanded its account servicing team, I enjoy quick access to my account manager and engage in routine meetings to discuss product advancements, performance, and trends. At this time, I have not had enough interactions with Checkr's AI services to accurately rate them. However, I am aware of how they intend to use AI to increase the reliability of reports and create a more engaging and flexible environment for both myself and candidates. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** Checkr is a consistently reliable product. I also appreciate getting a personal email when someone’s background check is complete, because it really helps reduce the need for follow-up. I appreciate that it integrates smoothly with our current database. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** The only thing I truly dislike - and it's in every single email - is that the color for "all clear" is RED. Red is a known color for alert, stop, emergency. PLEASE change the color coding of the emails. Green means "all clear." Yellow means "consider." Red means "absolutely failed." **What problems is Checkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Checkr, we were using a different background check system. It was cumbersome, there was repeated follow-up required, and it never sent email notifications when a background check was complete. Check4 does all of those things for me, and it saves me so much time! Our previous service was pricey and often took up to two weeks; Checkr is reasonably priced and we usually have results within hours. Initiating a check takes just a few minutes on our end, and it's very easy for the person being checked to authorize as well. We also love the variety of checks available. Highly recommend for churches and nonprofits that screen volunteers. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Checkr. I’ve used many different platforms over the years, and Checkr is by far the best and the easiest to use. **What problems is Checkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checkr helps us determine whether someone is qualified to serve in a very short amount of time. We receive excellent support from our account team, and the integration process with our current ATS was simple and seamless to set up. **What problems is Checkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we switched background vendors to Checkr, our spend in this budget line item decreased, but even more than that, the number of problems my team encounters with candidates getting "stuck" in the intake UI/UX has also decreased substantially. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** We would love for there to be an internal note section that approved adjudicators could use. **What problems is Checkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checkr helps us align with fair chance hiring by letting candidates share their story. It offers exceptional TATs and all candidate context in one portal. I also love how compliant it is and it's less for our team to have to worry about in the log-run. It is super easy to integrate with our ATS, which allows our recruiting team to seamlessly hire someone. Additionally, the turnaround times are short, allowing for our new hires to not be delayed in their start dates. The pricing is also reasonable for the amount of background checks we run on a yearly basis. I also appreciate how responsive our account management team has been, and provides tools and resources so that our team can be successful. While I have not used the AI features, I am excited to continue to utilize them in the future as we continue to scale. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** The one thing about Checkr would be having the ability for the HR team to upload documents on behalf of our new hires, especially if the new hire has requested it or runs into any technical issues on their end. This has only happened a handful of times where the candidates have requested having our team upload for example W2s or paychecks on their behalf. Other than that, I genuinely have had such great experiences with Checkr! **What problems is Checkr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Checkr is solving our problem of ensuring compliance for hiring candidates who are honest, especially in our industry. Checkr integrates with our HRIS platform, Paylocity. The billing works on an easy to manage monthly cycle--you pay for the checks you run and nothing else. Pricing for different reports is transparent easy to access. They say reports can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days depending on the type of report and candidate location but I would say that most of our reports come back in 1-2 business days. Very rarely do we have a report take longer than 3 days and the delays are usually due to local authorities. I've only had to reach out to support twice in our two years of using them and my questions have been readily answered. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** Checkr is probably one of the premium priced background check providers but you get what you pay for. The Checkr implementation was outstanding, with reps guiding us through the process and providing support even after the setup was complete, making it effortless for us. **What do you dislike about Checkr?** We've had issues with the registration links. Sometimes we have candidates who do not receive the links at all and we've had to manually enter them into the Checkr system for processing.
