It's straight forward and takes a lot of the manual grind out of checking references, letting me focus on other important things. And the Checkmate team has been nothing short of awesome to work with. They're always keen and quick to help and they listen to feedback. Being able to both check references and perform background checks in a single solution is a huge help.
