What I like best is the ease of patients can now make payments via text reminders or on our website. Also, the ability to be able to complete paperwork before coming in as well as a clinical integration of what they filled out online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The only thing I disliked is that a small, very small portion of the clinical integration does not go through, and no fault to checkin asyst but some patients are just not filling out everything that needs to be filled out.
