**What do you like best about CheckinAsyst?**

What I like best is the ease of patients can now make payments via text reminders or on our website. Also, the ability to be able to complete paperwork before coming in as well as a clinical integration of what they filled out online.

**What do you dislike about CheckinAsyst?**

The only thing I disliked is that a small, very small portion of the clinical integration does not go through, and no fault to checkin asyst but some patients are just not filling out everything that needs to be filled out.

**What problems is CheckinAsyst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently do not have any problems. They have been extremely quiet and efficient in resolving issues we have had.

This software is 100% what they say.  If you want a software that integrates into your system, the best customer service, and always moving forward with technology.  This is the company.

At this time, I do not have any dislikes.

Checkinasyst has helped a lot with needing less staffing, decrease in errors and staffing time.
