What do you like best about Checkfront?

Our company has been using Checkfront for 8 years and we have been able to grow with Checkfront.

The customer service has been amazing and as well we have really appreciated the gift certificate and waiver option.

As well we appreciate the fact that we do not need to charge our clients a booking fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkfront?

Honestly, I can not think of anything in regard to dislikes. But maybe there could be more options on how to display the pricing on the initial page of the product listing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of training online ! I believe there are many functionalities I'm not using at its full extend because of lack of knowledge. Some knowledge base or forum within the comunity would very appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Checkfront?

So easy to write product data, to see it update straight to the integrated website. Updating images and making activities available is also easy using events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkfront?

Can't allocate staff to a booking. So sometimes you get an overbooking based on staff availability. It takes a longtime for bugs to be resolved and it seems that site builder has been forgotten about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for most things BUT...."

What do you like best about Checkfront?

The automatic sending of emails, payment processing, good reports, reasonable integration with Viator (see later for limitations) , inventory hosting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkfront?

The VERY slow roll out of inventory control - I know this has been possiable for a few years now (I tried it as soon as I could) BUT its dosent work ith Viator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i would like to add an expedite fee for any orders that are less than 24 hours in advance and CF does not have that ability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
