What do you like best about Checkbox?

Ability to create a process from scratch, and hence we can fit the tool to our needs. The software is very customisable, and the developers and support team are very knowledgeable about how we may configure the product for the organization's direct needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Checkbox?

I like how easy Checkbox is to use, particularly being a person with no IT background. I am also impressed by the level of functionality that Checkbox has whilst still being simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkbox?

The only downside of Checkbox is the limits on the dashboard reporting; however, I note that changes are coming in this space, and I believe this functionality will be much improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
