Checkbook has been the fastest solution when comparing against other companies. They have always been available to assist when we're in a pinch, or have missed a direct deposit deadline. I had an amazing and helpful experience onboarding our company, which had some complicated solutions. Anthony from their staff was incredibly responsive, even after normal hours and walked me through the entire process. We have been working with them almost a month now and it has streamlined so much of both our accounts receivable and payable workflow! Easy to keep track of the entire business in a single dashboard. Ease of selecting the vendors and customers. Accessing the details from any where is a main thing today we look for and the objective is very well met with the checkbook platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Checkbook? Once I faced some json related errors during the use of the platform. Its the only thing that I disliked. Rest of the options and cloud based monitoring is simply great. An offline version which can sync with the current platform will be an added advantage if we are at rural areas where there is less internet connectivity. The pricing also is a bit of the downside. Being a promoter of startups among the student community, I motivate them to use some software to track the payments and purchases. Checkbook It is what I had been looking for for a while and it fascinates me since I save a lot of my time now I can process from 5 to 400 checks in less than 4 minutes. Cheeckbook is exactly what I needed to send payments to our suppliers and very easily and quickly if the need for the recipient's bank information even spent hours filling envelopes chasing returned checks when someone moved in and reissued lost checks by mail. Thanks to cheeckbook We have managed to develop better I had some problems before knowing cheeckbook, with venmo and paypal but all that ended when we managed to get cheeckbook to solve all our problems, now we can easily send payments to commercial accounts, and finalize all my payments with just one load. " 5/5 What do you like best about Checkbook? Checkbook has simplified my payment process so much! Not only has fraud been cut down to 0 after I signed up checkbook for my organization, but I have also been saving so much time with the batch upload feature. The Checkbook Support team was extremely helpful in increasing my limits and I was glad to see that they took necessary KYC steps before going ahead with it. My money feels safe when using Checkbook. While I cant think of too many downsides, I wish that Checkbook had a mobile app or better mobile customization so that I could make payments without even needing my desktop. I ran into many issues with this since Venmo stopped business accounts and this used to create an accountability problem with some of the people I paid on behalf of their organization. I also used to run into a sending limit issue and I am so glad Checkbook solved this problem. I can now send payments to business accounts with any scope of a discrepancy and finish all my payments with just one upload instead of manually going in and making 100s of payments. I can now process either 5 checks or 500 checks in less than 5 minutes. I had been spending hours stuffing envelopes, chasing down returned checks when someone moves, and re-issuing checks lost in the mail. Their support team is pretty awesome. Their system is able to process hundreds of checks via spreadsheet in a matter of seconds. Nice to give the recipient multiple options (direct deposit, mobile deposit, physical check) for how they would like to be paid. Especially appreciate that we no longer have to worry about outdated mailing addresses, as address entry falls solely on the recipient. System gets smoother and smoother over time as recipients continue to sign up for direct deposit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Checkbook? If you process 400 checks and 1 check has an error with an e-mail address, none of the checks will go through and you will need to speak to someone at Checkbook to figure out which line item is causing the error. Luckily, our Account Manager is incredibly quick about getting us answers. It would be nice if the one faulty check did not hold up the other 399 checks, though. Wish their modification for Canadian recipients had been rolled out when projected, as the delay has created a lot of extra work on our end. Some of our recipients are not as hip to technology and even though I like the system, I do not have a quick fix for someone requesting to "just send me a check".
