we have done ht wrong configuration due to which the IPsec tunnel always go down, and support ais lso not able to find out the solution properly, then after lot of days the we check multiples ways and checked in the youtube and got to know that there is an issue with the configuration of IKEA1 and we kept as default on the ipsec setting s, then its worked fine, this make me more to clear from the support side.
