MOB provides remote access flexible from anywhere, any device while still maintaining security settings. This solution is suitable for work environments that allow flexibility and also suitable for large organizations that want to separate security settings for internal users, partners, and others. What do you dislike about Check Point Mobile Access?

The thing I dislike a bit is about Compliance Check. Although it is a strong security feature, I think it will be better if there are more options to configure compliance for general computers, non-windows machines, and mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Check Point Mobile Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Check Point Mobile Access, every user can work remotely. Work performance still is recommended. Especially during the pandemic period, a VPN solution that can provide remote access capability, enhance protections, and eliminate threats from the endpoints while ensuring security compliance, is very necessary. What do you like best about Check Point Mobile Access?

Mobile Access VPN is nothing but Remote access VPN provide by CheckPointing for connecting Remote User to Data Center. User can connect via both methods i.e. using a browser or VPN client for accessing Data Center

Provide Data over Internet in Secure manner by End to End Encryption.

Access is controled by admin based on User ID and resource which can be accessed by Each User or security Group

A compliance/Posture Validation allows access to Corporate resource based on criteria such as if the machine is part of the Domain and more

Provide a granular level of control by allowing access to Data Center based on Geolocation or device type based on Policy configured by Admin

Multi factor authentication can be configured while connecting VPN

Does not required additional Hardware feature can be enabled on NGFW Security Gateway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Mobile Access?

Enabling compliance check is difficult for Remote access VPN as it required a separate Compliance blade to be help on the Security Gateway module. Without this module been enabled, the VPN can only validate if the Machine is complained but does not enforce the Policy.

What do you like best about Check Point Mobile Access?

We have more resources working from home and we are providing work from anywhere solution for them and this is best solution for remote desktop access of office machine, local application access and customer resources over office machine and our users are full satisfied with this solution. Mobile access is working on layer 3 but it is good if we introduce layer 7 as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Check Point Mobile Access:

This is very good solution and if you are using checkpoint as perimeter device then you have to user this , just enable the blade and after few click your mobile access service will start working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
