What do you like best about Check Point Email Security?

What I like best about Harmony Email & Collaboration is how intuitive and accessible it is.

The web access is smooth and reliable, and the Infinity Portal makes navigation and management surprisingly easy even for non technical users.

Harmony Email itself feels thoughtfully designed: setting up policies is straightforward, and the interface doesn’t overwhelm you with complexity. It just works, and that’s what makes it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Email Security?

What I dislike most about Harmony Email & Collaboration is the cost it can feel a bit steep, especially for smaller teams.

While the platform itself is solid, the pricing might make you think twice. Also, the official documentation could be more intuitive. Sometimes I find myself digging around or needing to ask support for things that should be easier to find or explain.

Harmony Email & Collaboration helps us stay protected without making things complicated.

It keeps phishing and malicious emails out of our inboxes, which gives us peace of mind. We don’t have to constantly second guess what’s safe to open.

What do you like best about Check Point Email Security?

+ Great Inline email protection, easy to setup with Microsoft 365 (they create all the transport rules, etc. for you)

+ Nice tools for searching for emails, reviewing phish alerts, etc.

+ Plays nice with KnowBe4 simulated phishing and other vendors of simulated phishing out of the box

+ Very informative diagnostics about how Check Point categorizes any individual email you pull up

What do you dislike about Check Point Email Security?

- Console is very slow to navigate, pages are not responsive

- Can be confusing to setup initially when coming from a different vendor

While Harmany has a lot to offer, there are a few pain points to consider. Users switching from Gmail or outlook might some time to adjust, as the interface works differently. The AL tools can be hit or miss sometimes helpful, other times a little of. some of the more powerful features are locked behind higher-tier and occasional sync glitches can throw off your workflow.
