It protects us by blocking access to malicious websites and phishing scams and by preventing the accidental download of malware. A major benefit is its ability to reduce shadow IT by giving us control over unapproved SaaS applications. With these protections in place, our employees are more productive because they can browse without security worries, and our IT team's workload is lighter since they spend less time on incident response.
