"Very Good ASM Service with Really Good and Capable Analysts"
5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

Our team has been using CyberInt's ASM service as part of our threat intelligence and threat hunting operations, and it has proven to be a valuable addition to our workflow. The platform provides broad web visibility and reliable early threat detection, which has allowed us to identify potential issues before they escalate. Its rapid data analysis, combined with the support of CyberInt's experienced analysts, has improved both the efficiency of our threat intel & threat hunting operations.

A recent enhancement we have found particularly useful is the AI-generated description of alerts. This provides immediate context for each alert, making it easier to understand the nature of the activity and determine the appropriate response without or minimal additional investigation. It has been helpful when working through a high volume of alerts.

The addition of an eLearning component is also a welcome improvement. It serves as an effective resource for onboarding and upskilling team members, ensuring the team remains current without requiring dedicated hands-on instruction.

Overall, the service has strengthened our day-to-day threat hunting threat intel capabilities, and we would recommend it to any team looking to enhance their threat intelligence and overall cybersecurity posture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

One drawback we have noticed is that the platform logs users out more quickly (15 minutes) than we were previously accustomed to. This has been a minor inconvenience at most, as logging back in is straightforward following our implementation of single sign-on (SSO). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Integrations and Accurate Alerts, with Room to Improve Validation and Workflows"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

The UI/UX feels somewhat more complex compared to other platforms. The integration for username checks and credential alerts is useful, but there is room for improvement, particularly in supporting a wider range of username formats and enhancing password validation capabilities. The Jira integration is beneficial for tracking activities, although it currently supports only a basic workflow.

The alert volume is manageable after the initial setup and fine-tuning phase. CVE-related alerts based on version checks are adequate, while the AEV AI agentic functionality provides better accuracy and validation. The Customer Success Manager is proactive and supportive in coordinating activities, though follow-ups are sometimes required due to their understandably busy schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

Simplify and unify the UI/UX across all modules and configuration pages so the experience feels consistent end to end. Expand the username-checking capabilities to support a wider range of username formats. Strengthen password validation to improve credential detection and overall accuracy. Broaden the Jira integration to better support advanced workflows and automation. Improve CVE detection so it goes beyond basic version-based checks. Finally, increase the CSM’s responsiveness and follow-up frequency to reduce the need for customers to chase updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Threat Intelligence Acquisition"
5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

I like that with Check Point Exposure Management, I can request data from the cyberint analyst with just a click of a button. This is much faster than sending a message over Slack, email, or chat to make such a request, which usually takes more time. Also, setting up Check Point Exposure Management was easy since I just needed to provide a set of identifiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

I don't like the reuse of credentials that sometimes get triggered without the relevant email. It's an issue with the dump that was found, but we're already aware that it got published before. Sometimes it seems like the suppression of findings published in the past is not working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Deployment, Informative Dashboards, and a True Set-It-and-Forget-It Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

Once you get it up and running (which is an easy deployment), and you reach the point where you trust it, you can truly set it and forget it for most use cases—especially if you don’t want to babysit it. The dashboards are informative, and it’s easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

I’m a bit worried about prices going up. We really love the product, but there’s a limit to how much we can afford to spend on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cuts Vulnerability Noise with Context and Strong External Surface Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

Based on industry feedback and technical reviews, what users like best about

Check Point Exposure Management (powered by the Argos/Cyberint technology) usually boils down to three main things:

Noise Reduction through Context: Instead of just giving you a massive list of vulnerabilities, it uses Business Context and Threat Intelligence to tell you which ones actually matter. It filters out the "noise" so your team isn't chasing low-risk bugs.

External Surface Visibility: It’s excellent at finding "shadow IT"—assets you didn't even know were connected to your network, leaked credentials on the Dark Web, or look-alike domains (typosquatting) used for phishing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

Cost: As a premium enterprise solution, the licensing can be expensive. Smaller organizations often find the price point high compared to basic vulnerability scanners.

Integration Effort: While it integrates well with major platforms like ServiceNow, connecting it to niche or older legacy systems often requires custom API work or significant manual configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Exposure Management with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

I like the responsive customer service with Check Point Exposure Management. I also appreciate the IOC feeds because there's not just one feed; I can subscribe to many feeds. They onboarded the product and meet with me every month to review and discuss new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

Right now we're working out CPU utilization from certain configurations. Initial setup requires an on-premises VM and administrative access configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive Support and Monthly Reviews That Strengthen Our Security"
4/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

What I like most about Check Point Exposure Management is that they genuinely care about my organization’s security and have no problem helping with any matter, even when it’s outside their scope. We also hold monthly meetings to review our environment, discuss how to get the best use of the platform, and identify ways to improve our overall security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

My favorite saying is that nothing is perfect. In my experience with the platform, there are a few things I dislike. For example, during the takedown process you can’t communicate with the remediation team, so we can’t add evidence to support our request. However, I’ve learned that the Check Point team has listened, and this is about to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Threat Intelligence with Seamless Integration and Expert Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

What I value most about Cyberint is its capacity to provide real-time, actionable intelligence spanning the open, deep, and dark web. The platform delivers outstanding visibility into external threats like phishing, brand impersonation, credential leaks, and third-party risks, enabling us to proactively address potential incidents before they develop further.

The user-friendly interface, smooth integration with our current security stack, and the expertise of their skilled threat analysts truly set Cyberint apart. It has greatly improved our external risk management and has sped up our incident response processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

Cyberint is effective overall, though I find that the alert tuning options could offer greater flexibility. Additionally, the integrations with third-party tools could be more comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Needs More Integration Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Check Point Exposure Management?

I like that Check Point Exposure Management is easy to use. The integration feature and policy hardening are valuable to me. I find the initial setup very easy, making it convenient to get started with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point Exposure Management?

I think Check Point Exposure Management needs more integration. They only have integration with 80 products. The maps need more details too, so I'd like to see more data and info added. Also, I'd prefer if more products could be added to the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
